  • Avoid exposure to direct sunlight while treating acne with essential oils when it is still on face. The UV rays might lead to redness or itchy skin.
  • Use only 2–3 drops on the skin.
  • If you have sensitive skin, before applying topically it, dilute the essential oils with carrier oil.
  • If while using any of these essential oils you find any kind of skin issue, you’re your face immediately and do not use that oil again. You can use gentler oil like lavender instead.
